Die Buchung erfolgte online. Ich musste einige Tage auf eine Antwort warten. Die Abholung des Trabant war komplikationslos.
Die erfolgte Einweisung war für Trabantkenner okay.
Gut, dass der Sprit im Preis enthalten war.
Das Auto hätte gepflegter sein können. Die Sitze waren sehr verschlissen und sollten einmal neu gepolstert werden. Der Lichtschalter fiel mehrfach ab.

Fast wie früher, wenn die modernen Autos nicht wären. Für alle, die schon Trabi Erfahrung haben. Die anderen sollten sich einen Trabi echt überlegen, muss man halt können.
Und hört mit dem Wessi-Märchen mit dem Damenstrumpf Keilriemen auf, das mag funktionieren, aber alle Trabi Fahrer, die ich kenne, hatten ein Ersatzteil immer dabei.

I was surprised to find out where the Trabants were parked and the office was. Remote, run down and very difficult to find.
My main dissatisfaction is that I booked 2 cars for 4 hours for 218€ (quite high price when you can rent a nice modern car for 50€ for 24 hours in a premium rental agency) but I returned the cars 1 hour late. My fault, so I immediately offered to pay for the extra but was told it is either 2, 4 or 8 hours. As a consequence, I got charged another 100€. I understand it is the contract if one wants to read it literally but I was hoping for some kind of flexibility, in light of the environment and service but staff was strict. All in all, 318€ for 5 hours for 2 basic Trabants is totally exaggerated especially based on location, remoteness, conditions of the cars and rental time. Next time I'll use another company...

As a premium oldtimer rental company with outstanding passenger satisfaction rates, we'd like to point out that the services we offer are compared to market quite inexpensive. You can not compare it to a modern days car rental, since all classic cars are basically hand crafted. Furthermore our office is located directly at Ostkreuz train station in the Berlin city circle at one of the most renowned areas for clubs and night life (Wiesenweg). If you had any difficulties finding us, we would have been happy to assist you on the phone or you could have used either our profile on google maps or in the Regiondo App to navigate to us. We are sorry that you ran into a delay. Since you did not inform us about the delay as it happened, we had to reschedule two other clients. These costs were not passed on to you but just the definite delay surcharges. Therefore the policy of the fleet manager was already flexible and we paid the damage of the delay from our company.
